KipoProp is designed for independent landlords and growing property-management teams that want one place to manage properties, units, tenants, leases, rent, maintenance, accounting and reporting. It is especially well suited to portfolios in the roughly 20–150 unit range.
Yes. KipoProp supports residential and commercial properties in the same workspace, including their units, tenants, leases and financial records.
A rentable residential or commercial space managed inside KipoProp counts as one unit. Your plan is based on the number of units you manage, rather than unlocking different core features.
Yes. KipoProp includes import tools for moving existing property, unit and tenant data into your workspace from CSV or Excel files.
Yes. KipoProp supports online rent collection, allowing you to track scheduled, collected, processing and outstanding rent from the same workspace. Payments are securely processed through our payment provider.
Yes. The Rent workspace shows expected rent, collected amounts, outstanding balances and overdue charges, with tenant, lease, property and unit context kept together.
KipoProp lets you track income and expenses, review net income, categorize transactions and compare financial performance by property. You can also export transactions for further analysis.
Depending on your data, KipoProp can provide reports such as rent roll, rent collection, income statement, property performance, occupancy, lease expiration and owner statements.
Yes. Maintenance requests can stay connected to the relevant property and unit, with status, priority and vendor context available in the maintenance workspace.

You can move to the plan that matches your new portfolio size. Your existing property, tenant, lease and financial data remain in the same KipoProp workspace.
Yes. KipoProp is billed monthly and you can cancel your subscription according to the current billing terms.
The first 10 paying customers get the founding rate of $49/month, which includes Growth features and up to 75 units, in exchange for ongoing product feedback. The rate stays valid for as long as the subscription remains active; if it is cancelled, coming back later uses normal pricing. See the pricing section above for details.
KipoProp uses authenticated accounts and secure cloud infrastructure to keep each workspace's data separated and protected. Payment details are handled by our payment processor — KipoProp does not store card numbers.
