2. How KipoProp Uses Cookies

KipoProp uses limited technologies for purposes including:

• operating the Service;
• authentication and session management;
• security and fraud prevention;
• storing privacy preferences;
• providing requested payment functionality;
• understanding website usage;
• understanding selected product usage; and
• improving KipoProp.

We divide these technologies into Necessary and Analytics categories.

3. Necessary Technologies

Necessary technologies are required for KipoProp to operate securely or to provide functionality requested by the user.

They may be used for:

• account authentication;
• session management;
• security;
• fraud prevention;
• access control;
• storing cookie/privacy preferences;
• application functionality; and
• payment security or payment functionality requested by the user.

These technologies cannot be disabled through the KipoProp cookie preference interface because the Service may not function properly without them.

Third-party providers involved in necessary functionality may include infrastructure, authentication, security, and payment providers such as Stripe where applicable.

Analytics technologies help us understand how visitors and users interact with KipoProp and help us improve the Service.

5. Technical Error and Security Monitoring

KipoProp uses technical monitoring and security tools, including Sentry, to detect software errors, maintain reliability, investigate technical problems, and protect the Service.

Our Sentry implementation is designed to minimize unnecessary personal information and does not currently use Session Replay.

Technical and security monitoring that is necessary to protect and operate the Service is not controlled by the optional Analytics preference where it does not use non-essential analytics storage.

We periodically review our technical implementation to ensure these tools remain appropriately configured.

6. Payment Technologies

When users choose to use payment or subscription functionality, payment providers such as Stripe may use technologies necessary for payment processing, authentication, security, and fraud prevention.

Such technologies may be subject to the payment provider’s own privacy and cookie practices.

KipoProp does not use necessary payment technologies for behavioral advertising.

7. Consent

Where consent is required, optional Analytics technologies are disabled by default.

Analytics technologies are activated only after you affirmatively choose to allow Analytics.

Rejecting optional Analytics does not prevent you from using core KipoProp functionality.

Closing the banner or simply continuing to use KipoProp does not constitute consent to optional Analytics.

8. Changing Your Preferences

You can change or withdraw your Analytics preference at any time by selecting “Cookie Settings” in the KipoProp website footer.

Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that lawfully occurred before withdrawal.

When consent is withdrawn, KipoProp stops future optional Analytics collection through its consent controls and takes reasonable steps to clear applicable analytics identifiers accessible to KipoProp.

9. How Long We Remember Your Choice

KipoProp currently remembers cookie preferences for up to 180 days.

After that period, or when material changes to our cookie practices require a new choice, we may ask you to make your preferences again.

10. Browser Controls

Most browsers allow users to view, delete, or block cookies through browser settings.

Blocking Necessary technologies may prevent portions of KipoProp from functioning properly.

Browser settings are independent from the KipoProp Cookie Settings interface.

11. Third-Party Providers

Certain third-party providers used by KipoProp operate under their own privacy policies and terms.

Depending on the functionality you use and your consent choices, these providers may include:

• Google Analytics;
• PostHog;
• Sentry;
• Stripe; and
• KipoProp’s application, hosting, database, authentication, and infrastructure providers.

12. Changes to This Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when our technology, providers, consent practices, or applicable legal requirements change.

When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date above.

Where required, we may request new consent after material changes.
